Casita Ventana Guide.

Guest Guide :

Water Heater: Units have a timer to turn on the water heater. Set the timer and wait until the time you choose ends before taking a shower. Usually setting the timer to 10 minutes is enough.

Use of water: The Baja's area is short of water, make moderate use of it.

Electricity: Be sure to turn off equipment that you won't be using during your absence, especially air conditioning.

Parking lot:  You can park your car in the designated area of the property. If you decide to park your car there, do not leave valuables at a sight. The central part of the units has a large door, it is only a service entrance, do not obstruct it and do not introduce vehicles in that area. We are not responsible for theft or loss of your car or belongings. 

Washing machine: this is for the exclusive use of guests, try to use full loads, and dry your clothes in the sun, in the back under the stairs is the hanging area.

I respect:  We request not to have parties or excessive noise after 10:00 pm to maintain the tranquility of the "Casita Ventana South Beach" community.

Supplies and Cleaning: Vacation rentals do not include services such as: washing sheets, towels, please keep your own area clean and if you need the service let us know and we will gladly do whatever is necessary with an additional cost. The common areas are to be enjoyed so do it freely, we suggest not forgetting personal items there. We are not responsible for lost items, and plase leave the area clean of garbage.

We do not include towels, food, water bottles. Please bring your own or obtain them at an additional cost.

Drinking water: Tap water is not suitable for drinking, use bottled water. In corridor No. 2 we have a constant supply of jugs, you can request the ones you need at a cost of $25.00 pesos for each one of them.

Wifi: Ask your contact for the wifi password and name, guests only, please don't share the network with other. Due to the new Fiber Optic installations, we can't guarantee a constant and high speed connection, thank you for your understanding.

Security and surveillance : The property has a CCTV for informational use only. Always leave your unit and the main access door closed when you leaving.  If you see any strangers, please ask if they're coming to visit someone in particular. Anything suspicious activities please notify the contact number. The area is generally super quiet and safe, but we should never take that issue for granted. We are not responsible for items stolen on or off the property.

Garbage and recycling: "Casita Ventana" is in favor of recycling. Mexico is far behind in this matter compared to other nations. The commitment to the environment belongs to everyone. Recycling bins are on the lower level at the rear of the units, and garbage bins (blue and yellow bins) in the same location. Try to put the tightly closed bags in the garbage container. PLEASE CRUSH THE CANS and everything to be accepted for recycling. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT. separate: Aluminum, Glass, Paper and cardboard, place them clean and empty.

Pets and adoptions: Pets are not allowed in the property or in the rooms.

Restaurant: Please note that the restaurant is open from 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm and is closed one day a week. Restaurant customers do not have access to the room complex.

Kiteboarding classes: our associate is an experienced instructor who can offer you personalized classes so that in a few hours you are ready to enjoy the thrill of practicing kiteboarding, the meeting point for classes is at the "Baja Grill" restaurant. information with your contact. We also have information about the service of our transport partner. 

Currency exchange: Please make your payment in national currency (MXN Pesos), make sure to exchange it at the airport exchange house upon arrival or at any exchange house or bank in the city of La Paz, San José del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas for a better rate. You can also withdraw at the ATM located in Playa Central or at OXXO stores.
